Last month, a Motorola smartphone with model number XT2165-3 appeared on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database. Meanwhile, the device recently surfaced at the Wi-Fi Alliance certification authority as well, and a new leak has revealed the renders, design, and color options of the upcoming Motorola XT2165-3.
The renders mention that the Moto XT2165-3 has a top-center positioned punch-hole and a thick bottom bezel. The handset’s display has slightly thick bezels on the other three sides. Its rear panel features a triple camera setup and a Motorola logo that doubles as a fingerprint scanner.
The right spine of the handset houses the power button and volume rockers, and according to the publication, the Moto XT2165-3 will come in Light Blue and Dark Green colors.
Meanwhile, the Moto XT2165-3’s FCC listing says it’s a 4G-enabled device, and the smartphone appears to be a mid-range device. So, it could offer mid-range specs.
On a side note, previous reports have said that Motorola is working on a few smartphones under the G-series – the Moto G51 and Moto G71. Speculations say that these smartphones will arrive soon. How soon? That remains a mystery.
But reports say that the Moto G71 would feature 5G and NFC support. However, the Moto G51 report mentions that it would offer an FHD+ panel, Snapdragon 750G processor, 4GB of RAM, and Android 11 OS.
Since the Moto G51 carries budget specs, the rumor mill says it may be the one with the XT2165-3 model number.
