Not too long ago, the Huami Amazfit Neo retro-style smartwatch debuted in India for ₹2,499. A few days after the device launched, the Indian arm of Amazon teased a new Huami smartphone called the Amazfit Bip U.
The teaser page has shared everything we need to know, ranging from the specification to the design, about the upcoming Huami smartwatch. However, both Amazon India and Humai are yet to reveal the launch date of the device.
According to the teaser page, the Amazfit Bip U would arrive with a 1.43-inch TFT LCD panel, which offers a resolution of 320 x 302 pixels.
The Amazfit Bip U does feature a larger screen compared to the 1.28-inch display on the Amazfit Bip S and Bip S Lite.
On the inside, the smartwatch runs on the RTOS, and it will come fitted with the Huami BioTracker 2™ PPG Biological Optical Sensor.
The smartwatch comes pre-installed with a few health-focused functions such as heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen level monitoring, stress monitoring, menstrual cycle monitoring, and sleep tracking.
Also, the Amazfit Bip U features a polycarbonate build and a silicon rubber strap. Other features on the Amazfit Bip U includes app notifications, find my phone, stopwatch, weather updates, alarm, countdown timer, music playback control, and 50 default watch faces.
The smartwatch houses a 225mAh battery, which, according to Huami, can last for up to 9 days when fully charged.
The watch features connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.0 and supports pairing with iOS and Android devices through Zepp App.
The watch will be available in three colour options; pink, green, and black.
