Efritin Claims 30,000 Sellers Within 2 Months

Nigeria’s fast rising online classifieds platform, Efritin.com, has announced that it has successfully verified thirty thousand sellers within two months of its official launch.

According to a statement signed by the brand’s Marketing Manager, Uche Ajene, the company has established a unique verification process which guarantees that sellers on the platform are properly identified.

This unique verification process reduces the risk of fraudulent transactions on the platform, making it a safer place to make money transactions.

He said the company holds the need for safety in the Nigerian online market place as a top priority.

According to Ajene, the fact that thirty thousand Nigerians are now verified sellers on Efritin.com shows that Nigerians have always had a need for safer online marketplaces.

“We are pleased with the number of verifications completed in the 2 months since we launched. We are committed to providing a hassle free experience for our users and safety remains our top priority. We will also continue to ensure that our verification process remains authentic and reliable,”

he said.

A Face to Face Verification

The verification process is a mandatory procedure where all sellers on the platform must be verified during an in person meeting and their identity is confirmed through a government issued means of identification.

However, Efritin.com employs a one-time process for the verification and all new sellers are contacted within 48 hours of posting an ad to set up a verification appointment. Also the seller’s adverts do not go live until the verification process is completed.

Efritin.com is Nigeria’s premier online market for used goods where buyers and sellers can meet exchange their items.

Efritin has the widest selection of popular second hand items and does not specialize in any particular category – one can buy and sell items in more than 50 different categories. All items posted are carefully reviewed before being published to make sure the quality is up to standard.
