Samsung has finally taken the covers off the Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B smartphone. And the launch took place in Japan. Though the smartphone’s name sounds familiar, it’s different from the Samsung Galaxy A22 smartphone that has been around for a few months now.
Specifications of the Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B
The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B debuts with a TFT panel that measures 5.8-inches, and the phone’s display promises to deliver a 60Hz refresh rate and an HD+ resolution.
Under the hood, the Dimensity 700 processor fuels the 5G-enabled Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B. It offers the user 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The handset also features a dedicated MicroSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Samsung Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B ships with One UI based on Android 11 OS, and it houses a 4,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging.
For photography, the Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B sports a 5-megapixel selfies snapper that allows the user to take selfies and make video calls.
On the other hand, the rear panel of the phone features a single 13-megapixel camera unit alongside an LED flash.

Presently, Samsung is yet to reveal the cost of the all-new Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B smartphone. And reports say that the smartphone’s firsts sales will happen in mid-December in Japan.
Customers would have the option to purchase the Galaxy A22 5G SC-56B in color options like white, black, and red.
Meanwhile, Samsung is yet to officially state whether this new variant of the Galaxy A22 will debut in regions outside Japan.
