We have been waiting for the Galaxy A51 5G from Samsung, and it seems that our wait will soon come to an end.
The device has been showing up very much of late and we have now seen it at the Wi-Fi Alliance too. This means that we are yet another step closer to the official launch date of one of the most affordable 5G phones to come from this OEM.
We all know that the WIFI Alliance doesn’t tell us much about a phone, but we are not surprised to see that they stated the device will run on Android 10 out of the box. It remains to see if this will be the One UI 2.0 or One UI 2.1 from Samsung, but anyone of both will do at this stage.
Besides that, we have heard elsewhere that this 6.5-inch device will have options of 4GB or 6GB RAM for users to choose from. The device could start from 128Gb storage and offer more as a configuration, or via the expandable microSD card slot. No matter which it is, you get a 15W fast charging tech on top of the 4000mAh battery.
The back is home to a quad camera setup which is led by a 48MP snapper.
There are no confirmed launch dates for now. However, the unit should feature in its native South Korea first before getting into international markets.
