The Motorola E-series lineup has been out for a while now, and reports have it that the tech giant will soon add another member to the E-series family.
A fresh report mentioned that the company would soon take the covers off a new smartphone under the moniker Motorola E40. Meanwhile, the rumor mill has already leaked the details of the smartphone.
Hence, we have an idea of what the upcoming Motorola E40 smartphone will feature. Further, a reliable tipster – Evan Blass – shared fresh renders of the Moto E40. And this suggests that the arrival of the device may be near.
One of the leaked images of the Moto E40 shows that its display has a noticeable bottom bezel. The right spine of the handset sports the power button, voice assistant toggle, and volume rockers.
Unlike most phones, Motorola decided to place the 3.5mm audio jack on the top edge of the Moto E40 – interesting.
The backside of the Moto E40 sports a 48-megapixel triple camera system and the Motorola logo that doubles as a fingerprint sensor.
Before now, some reports have claimed that the upcoming Moto E40 will feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel. The reports further mentioned that the screen would support a 90Hz refresh rate and HD+ resolution.
The Unisoc T700 chipset controls the affairs of the Moto E40. And it will offer the user 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The front-facing camera has a resolution of 8-megapixel, and the rear camera system comprises a 48-megapixel primary shooter, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and a 2-megapixel depth shooter.
The Moto E40 houses a 4,000mAh battery that supports 10W charging. The handset will arrive with the Android 11 Go Edition alongside other features like Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, Wi-Fi, and a USB-C port.
