A few weeks back, some reports mentioned that Realme would announce the Realme GT Neo 2 smartphone in India this month. Following that, a tipster now claims that the smartphone maker will unveil the phone in less than ten days.
And he also speculated on the price of the upcoming Realme GT Neo 2.
Considering that the upcoming Realme GT Neo 2 would arrive with the Snapdragon 870 processor, it’s likely the handset debut with a price tag below Rs 25,000 in India.
According to the tipster, the Realme GT Neo 2’s cost will almost match the price of the Realme X7 Max.
Recall, the powerful Dimensity 1200 chip fuels the Realme X7 Max – and it launched in two variants. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model, which is the base model, retails for Rs 26,999. And the higher variant with 12GB RAM + 256GB storage sells for Rs 29,999.
Meanwhile, a recent leak mentioned that the upcoming GT Neo 2 smartphone would arrive in India in two variants. The validity of the information remains unconfirmed. However, the leak states that the handset will come in 8GB RAM + 128GB storage and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variants.
In China, the former retails for 2,499 Yuan (~Rs 29,000), and the latter costs 2,999 Yuan (~Rs 34,800), respectively. Therefore, it appears the GT Neo 2 variants will indeed sell below Rs 30,000 in India.
