On June 8, iQOO will officially take the covers off the much-anticipated iQOO Z3 smartphone in India.
Before now, the firm has been releasing snippets of the specifications and features of the handset. And today, it confirmed that the iQOO Z3 5G would support 55W fast charging.
Interestingly, the Country Director for iQOO India – Gagan Arora – mentioned yesterday that the iQOO Z3 5G would pack the Snapdragon 768G chipset.
Further, he revealed that the phone would offer the user other attractive features like 8GB of RAM, FunTouch OS, and 55W fast charging.
Meanwhile, the microsite for the upcoming iQOO Z3 5G is now live on Amazon India – and it confirms that the handset will come with support for 55W fast charging.
According to iQOO, the handset will gain a 50% charge in 19 minutes while using the 55W fast charger.
However, the tech giant has not revealed the battery size to expect on the iQOO Z3 5G. But it appears the handset could pack a 4,400mAh battery like its Chinese options that hit the Chinese markets in March.
The firm released the iQOO 7 and iQOO 7 Legend flagship devices about seven weeks back. And both phones launched with support for 55W rapid charging.
Therefore, it is safe to assume that the upcoming iQOO Z3 5G would offer the user flagship-grade features.
If the leaks are legit, the iQOO Z3 smartphone will retail for under Rs 25,000 (~$341) in India.
The iQOO Z3 5G would sport attractive features like a 120Hz FHD+ 6.58-inch display, 8GB of RAM, 128GB / 256GB of storage, and a hybrid sim slot.
