Honor would officially take the covers off the Honor Play5 smartphone on May 18. Previous reports have iterated that it will debut as an upper mid-range handset from the brand.
Interestingly, the Chinese phone maker has released some posters of the Honor Play5 ahead of its launch.
The posters reveal the colour variants and fast-charging feature of the phone. According to the publication, the customer will pick up the Honor Play5 in silver gradient, black, and white gradient.
Honor also confirmed that the handset would support 66W rapid charging technology.

Rumours say that the handset sports a 6.53-inch OLED screen that produces a Full HD+ resolution.
The display is fitted with a water-drop notch for the front-facing camera alongside an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The Honor Play5 features the Dimensity 800U chipset, and it is likely it ships with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of native storage.
The phone would house a 3,800mAh battery. And it will arrive pre-loaded with the Android 11 OS.
For now, the configuration of the front-facing camera remains a mystery. However, the rear camera system comprises a 64-megapixel mains sensor, an 8-megapixel superwide shooter, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth lens.
