The Vivo V21 5G might have the new network connectivity in its name, but it is focused on being a better camera than any other thing.
The company has confirmed that the phone would launch sometimes this month and thanks to a new leak, we know that this date will most likely be April 29.
That was not the only component of the leak, though. It also told of how both the front and rear camera setups will have Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) on them – which is impressive.
Looking elsewhere, the 6.44-inch device is supposed to have a 90Hz screen refresh rate and ship with a Dimensity 800U chipset under the hood. A 4000mAh battery with 33W fast charging capabilities is slotted under the hood to keep the lights on.
With the choice of chipset, it is not hard to see that the phone is billed for gaming too. Knowing that there could be a 3GB VRAM on top of a standard 8GB RAM just confirms the gaming focus of the device also.
We know nothing of the possible price of this unit at this stage, but we won’t have to wait for too long if news about the launch date is to be believed.
